If you have an account Legalmail, on the other hand, to recover the certified mail password, proceed as follows: open the browser that you generally use from your computer to browse the Internet, visit the specific web page to log in to the PEC box and select the link I can not log in, present in the box on the right.
On the page that opens, enter the full address of your PEC account in the field next to the item UserID or box name, check the box next to the item I'm not a robot, to pass the check, and click on the button NEXT.

If then by connecting to your provider's website for certified mail you cannot find any reference to resetting the password or in any case the implementation of the proposed procedures fails to give the desired results, you can try to face the situation by looking for the password of the 'PEC address between data saved in the browser, which is useful if in the past you had saved the login credentials in the browser.
